Hostage Justice

Making something that is not a crime into a crime, and putting the hostage justice system into full operation. The police, prosecutors, and courts are acting as a trinity, carrying out violent acts without regard for the consequences. The target is the “Kansai District Ready-Mixed Concrete Branch of the All Japan Construction and Transport Workers Solidarity Union,” known as Kan-nama, an industrial labor union that operates for workers, both regular and non-regular. We will investigate the state power that silences the voices of workers in Japan where non-regular employment accounts for 40% of the workforce.
